I agree with Sen Cassidy. Everyone knows that all New Orleans food has a roux, okra, and blackened seasoning.

Cassidy is an interesting guy. He’s very intelligent and a nice person, but I think his intellect can cause him to be a bit socially awkward. Which is a really interesting characteristic to see in a politician.
I only know him a bit, but I’m always impressed that he has never forgotten the names of my parents and always asks about them when I do see him. To my knowledge they’ve never met.
