Enhanced Risk level all day saturday
WWLTV link

quote:
A strong cold front will slowly move across SE Louisiana on Saturday and we need to stay weather aware ALL DAY. The atmosphere will be very unstable ahead of the front, and that will lead to scattered showers and storms. Some of the storms could be strong to severe! SPC has placed all of SE Louisiana in an Enhanced Risk (Level 3/5) for severe weather. The storms could produce damaging winds, hail and a few tornadoes. It looks like a line of strong to severe storms will move across SE LA during the morning and the leading edge of the storms will be the strongest. Then we will have lingering heavy rain throughout the day. Rain totals will be around 2-4 inches, so we could see some street flooding and other minor flooding issues. The rain/storms will end on Saturday Night with clearing skies by Sunday Morning. High temperatures will be in the mid 70s. Lows will be much colder as they fall to the 40s north and 50s south. Then Sunday will see plenty of sun, windy conditions and MUCH COOLER high temperatures only in the mid 60s.

Does anyone else read this in the robotic voice you hear in the emergency alerts?

Pretty and nice all week and then storms/rain and cold on the weekends. I'm over this shite. I just want to get out on the golf course.
