The aversion of so many these days to walking almost any distance is real.

My employer for example has two offices in the same area, basically a 4 minute walk from one another. Whenever I have to go over to the other office I walk. Everyone looks at me like I'm crazy!!

It's no wonder obesity is rampant in America.

I’ve encountered this more and more over the last few years when stopping off at Wal-Mart for something. Can someone here provide any insight as to why these dickless pieces of shite might decide to cruise around in motorized scooters?

I put spinners on mine and l used a rubber band to tie my wireless bose speaker to my vehicle.

Many moons ago was in the Mansura super center when around the corner come three “ladies” on rascals, all eating corn dogs. I snapped a blurry photo because it just didn’t seem real. Almost got my foot run over. They probably could have walked instead, but I wasn’t saying shite to them.

Just think if Walmart had 1 million square foot stores and you went with your wife or significant other that jumps around the store like a kid with ADHD, and go to automotive, then the deli, then to toys, then back to produce, then to the garden center, then to the meat department, then the pet supplies, then home decor, then back to the pasta aisle, then back to pharmacy, then the cheese aisle, then back garden center, etc., you would want that scooter.

Just kidding…more people need to get off their fat arses and walk around more. It is the Walton and Johnson health plan.

scooters really are a fall protection device and likely save the large stores from slip/fall liability incidents. Before scooter 30 years ago, wife polio severe disability would hit a wet surface, uneven surface 2-3 times a year in a store and fall. She limits falls to transfer situations since then. Her scooter is well utilized and they last about 30 months. I buy them direct from a wholesaler because its cheaper than Medicare advantage purchase route and a hundred times simpler
