Second I-10 W FUBAR

First we have the accident on the bridge from about 230 until 6 AM. Now since that has been cleared, there is a stalled 18 wheeler on I 10 west around Acadian which is backing up traffic well past the 10/12 split.

Why does Baton Rouge's interstate look like it was built by retards? For frick's sake, even Lake Charles has a loop. New Orleans has enough lanes, as well.
