There are criminal groups that advertise for jobs available to people from poor areas. They get them there, take passports and phones, and force them to run scams from boiler rooms.
Nonetheless, if I were king of the world, I would issue a Delta Force type squad a license to roam the world and kill scammers on sight.
That would include killing the CEO of google, who promotes the scammers fake websites to the top of google searches for Microsoft support.

There’s a guy named Kitboga who makes a living doing this on YouTube and Twitch

I'm really upset with myself that I just watched 10 minutes of that. I was blindly eating and listening to the same monotone voice scamming the scammers and then turn it off. Why do all those videos have the same voice as a 28 year old that has pronouns in their signature line?

Gen X and Boomers don't have the skillset to hack the scammers. Mills and Zoomers do. I appreciate their efforts.

CIA should be fire bombing these places.
It is the one topic that every person spanning every political and societal spectrum agrees upon, yet they still exist.

Kitboga is the man. I discovered him during the lockdown and watched hours of him ripping the scammers apart. He has an "old lady voice filter" and they think it's fish in a barrel until he starts deleting their data. Takes hours of their time. Fun watching their frustration level rise until it's too late.

In my line of work I see it all the time. My boss is H1B.
There was a LinkedIn opening in England I saw, one in hundreds, there are piles of them.
Description was for a technical engineering manager in what I would say is a semi-advanced field. Description of responsibilities included being the technical lead and overseeing a TEAM of technical engineers in R&D, support and analysis.
50K pounds a year with up to 10% bonus.
Lol

Incredible these call centers are allowed to operate like normal businesses & noone does anything abou it. They have HR managers & Linkedin profiles wtf.
I watched a video once where a guy doxed everyone in the call center & all of them were middle class people & all of them had college degrees, yet they had no moral qualms at all about being a professional con artist.
Why has the U.S. government allowed this to go on for at keast two decades now?

It's really easy.
Make google liable for any fake sites that pay google to be promoted to the top of a search.
Google could fix this really really quick if they wanted to.
But they don't. This is their CEO:
Pichai Sundararajan (born June 10, 1972), better known as Sundar Pichai, is an Indian-born American business executive. He is the chief executive officer of Alphabet Inc. and its subsidiary Google.
