I equate the Savannah Bananas to baseball as what the Village People were to music. Yes, it’s gay but they also entertained a lot of people and had fun doing it.

One of State's Natty winners just made the move from the minors to Bananaball. I suspect he's not the only one who figured it was a better job than hanging out on A ball for another season.

I've never been. I think baseball in general is boring as shite. Like watching golf and bowling. My cousins went in NOLA and watched the Bananas. They enjoyed it. I'd probably enjoy it much more than a normal baseball game.
