yeah i love fall so much. it's basically my main motivation right now for staying on this health kick
by the time it gets cool i hopefully will go from a 6.5 to like a 7
funny shite from this morning. i've been kind of stuck RIGHT at 220 and haven't been able to cross that barrier (some of it is just body adapting and some is b/c i've made some bad choices here or there). this morning i get on the scale. 219.4. then i get back on...220.2 or something. so it again, 220.2
