Rykihia Moore, 27, got into a fight with her boyfriend of a year, Mario Thornton, in a Clearwater home about 10 p.m. Saturday, according to an arrest report obtained by the Smoking Gun.
Moore, a Ruby Tuesday employee, chucked the burger at Thornton, hitting him in the eye, police said.
