Road Construction Between BR and Metairie

We are heading to Metairie around 11am but when I looked online I saw 2 spots on the route that indicated possible road construction. Any idea what they are and what hours is this construction going on? One is in Baton Rouge and the other is around Metairie.Are they minor annoyance or things we need to reroute to avoid?

There's minor construction south of Baton Rouge on I-10 that should be no problem. In Metairie, I'm not sure what that could be. I just traveled the route this morning and there was no construction or traffic.
