Let's see ...
A prime cut of meat, a specialized infrared oven that heats up to 1800 degrees, cooking evenly on both sides, a heated plate and dining atmosphere that promotes excellence vs.
A choice of cut meat, Char-grill gas grill, paper plates and who knows what kind of atmosphere.
Okay, you win.

not needed to cook a great steak, it's not just my opinion but I stand by it
BTW they cook them over wood down in BA, which is the way I do it, and that's not necessary either, but if you'd eat in the most run of the mill steak houses down there you'd think RC steaks are what you are supposed to wipe your arse with

I've blown plenty of dollars at many prime cut steakhouses (Del Frisco's, Smith & Wollensky, The Capital Grille, Morton's, Ruth's, Prime at Bellagio, Dickie Brennan's, Mr. John's, Flemings, The Steakhouse at Circus Circus, Shula's, Kayne Prime, etc.) just to name a few and Ruth Chris ranks right up there with the best of them.

I've also been to numerous steakhouses and numerous Ruth's across the country.
BR Ruth's Chris is as good or better than any place I've been.
Top notch. Rip tj Moran.
To whichever dumbass that thinks they can do it better than those guys, you can't.
Also your sig other is a 4 not and an 8.
Your job sucks and you prob won't be getting that raise you keep telling people you are getting.
Just DWI.

I hear you, I used to really like them, the problem, as posted earlier, is lack of consistency from store to store due to the qc given up when franchising, I love Del Frisco's in Manhattan, wouldn't go to any of the ones where I live, which is ironically where they originated, because all that's left of the original is the name

I find the service and food to be top notch at Ruth's every time I go...no matter what city.
I go on average every couple weeks.

Agreed. Ruth's is reliable and I always leave feeling like I got what I paid for.
