Man Dennis Wolfberg was a great comedian .. his delivery was impeccable.. He would have been one of the all time greats if he had lived longer.. here is his best bit ever .

Thanks for posting. He starts off a bit cold but really hits his stride as he goes along.

I can remember watching him in the early/mid 90's, his long set included this bit. I think it was the old "Two Drink Minimum" show.

Another great bit by Wolfberg was him describing his stint as a substitute school teacher in NYC. Hilarious.

I had completely forgotten about this guy. He was pretty funny but always wondered what happened to him.

His appearances on Carson and Letterman left an impression on me as a kid, but then i didnt realize he’d passed away back in the 90s until i went down a little bit of a rabbit hole not too long ago.. apparently he was an influence on other big comedians in his relatively short run, ive heard Brian Regan and others talking about him on podcasts .

Dennis famous for, if nothing else, Really cracking up Carson in his sit-down. Johnny had a soft spot for him.

I saw another Wolfberg vid on Utube where i think it was his Carson debut but Johnny didnt call him over to the couch since apparently that night they were running long with Joe Garagiola and barely had time to squeeze in Wolfberg at all.. I can remeber Johnny bumping a lot of comedians and musical guests entirely if he was running long with a bigger name guest .
