This is a low level member of their thing. Certainly not the biggest boss of the biggest family. And Gotti wanted it done at a high level place. That just wanted this guy gone.
In fairness, McDonald’s and other fast food restaurants should ephen be sued for false imprisonment when people get stuck in those same lines with nowhere to go for 20 minutes. Plenty of times I have wanted to drive off, but was stuck.
