Repair work on eastbound new bridge this weekend

Per DOTD: From 7pm on Friday, May 18 until noon on Sunday, May 20, the left lane will be closed for bridge repair work on I-10 East near the LA 1 exit (Mississippi River Bridge approach). Check LINK for more info.

Driving home from Houston yesterday was a pain in the arse. It's not just the bridge in Baton Rouge. I-10 East was down to 1 lane just past Baytown, again before Orange (just before the border), again in Lafayette/Crowley, and finally LA-1 before the bridge. Stop and go traffic even at midnight.
