They have an online payment thing and have shitty management, so it fit.

It doesn't automatically clear. Takes a few days.
We had someone put an address wrong on the 31st. Didn't show up as a returned payment for us til Friday. Account address didn't match what they put.
Not the property's fault.
We waived the late fee but couldn't do anything about the NSF charge
