All the pickets were still intact. Bought some new screws and needed two runners that broke. Put it all back up

Yep. Get you adjuster to allow to detach and reset the fence sections and to remove and replace the posts. You also need to make sure he only applies depreciation to the materials that are being replaced - in this case, the posts. You’ll net more than if he allows to replace an old fence.
