People seem to always be confused in these debates. Climate change is real. Every scientist agrees with that (temp, CO2). Based on replies on this topic every time it comes up, not everyone actually knows that.

Most have modified their beliefs to this point. Dying on the other hill with so much evidence was getting ugly.

Um...no.

There is a real chicken/egg question among a number of scientists as to which precedes the other (higher temps, then CO2 increase or CO2 increase then higher temps).

Change one little word though and you actually have a factual statement that everyone agrees on.

It is a shame that the environmental conservation movement was replaced by the taxation & shaming cult known as global cooling, I mean global warming, I mean climate change.

There were studies done relating to air traffic after 9/11. There are other studies besides what are linked below. Search around for others.

CNN.com - 9/11 study: Air traffic affects climate - August 8, 2002

Empty skies after 9/11 set the stage for an unlikely climate change experiment

The disagreement happens at the why: earth has gone through similar cycles before industrialization was a thing VS men are the main culprit.
And yeah, having the world shut down for a month won't really do anything.

and with what..90% of the shite emissions coming from china and india, this may be the only time to study what happens when both of those dirty-arse industrial countries come to a standstill for a couple months.

Is this surprising, remember how quickly the skies in Beijing cleared up during the Olympics when the govt shutdown the local factories etc?
