The Fontanna Center participates in the Silver Sneakers program, which I think is a co-insurance wellness program for people on Medicare.

I'm straight with my underground gym. There's about 10 gyms on the blue plan. I prefer living in the country rather in Lafayette.

As a reds member for years, anyone who bitches about that place must bitch at anything.

Do all the steroid freak body builders that used to frequent graham central station and the plaza still work out at Red's?
There are some freaks that train in there for sure but some good lifters still hit up the place. If I have to go to my office in BR and it's squat/deads day for me, I will always pit stop at Red's to train. Plus, I really like their boxing room.
