Sausage, bacon, smoked pig tails, trinity, and several cans of Blue Runner beans, plus seasoning of choice, all cooked down wouldn’t be a bad choice. The only bad part would be that it would be ready a lot quicker, but it would be just as good if not better than the old school version of Red Beans.

With all the cravings for food I can no longer eat due to GI issues Rb&R isn’t something I crave but I might be able to eat actually. I can handle the individual ingredients pretty well separately in other ways just haven’t tried it yet all together as a single dish.

Pizza is a craving and so are tomato sauce and meat dishes. Beef in general gets a craving too (I take acid reducers and beef triggers acid production) but a good steak could also be a last meal. Potatoes fried in some form like tater tots are another option (can’t handle grease/oil it slows digestion overall).

Looking like I’m a steak and potatoes type now, but I do crave fish too and I tolerate it well unless fried and greasy.
