Able safe and lock are good. Not sure what your definition of cheap is.
How many locks are you doing? May be cheaper to buy new ones and install yourself.
If less than 6 knobs and dead bolts i would do it yourself. Just go to the big box or hardware store and ask someone for help. There's a code on the boxes and you can get multiple packs that are keyed the same. After that, all you need is a phillips head screw driver.

not in BR, but I found a cheap one a while back...
locked my keys in the truck at work and called a locksmith. he cam and opened my shite. I asked for a receipt and he game me one...the dollar value was correct, but it said that he had delivered $50 worth of tacos to my office!
I had a damn hard time explaining that one on my expense report.
