Recessed Lighting trim/bulb help

I'm getting ready to buy the trim and bulbs for my recessed lights that I just put in my house (new construction). When I was buying the cans to install before the sheetrock was put up I noticed there were a ton of options. I have them both inside (kitchen,living room) and outside (front porch, back patio). The lights inside the house are on dimmers but I'd still like for them to put out some decent light when I need some brightness.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
