Working alot. Listing my current house at the end of this month so we are painting and decluttering. Our new house is about 3 months from completion so we are trying to stay and not having to rent a place would be great especially with 4 dogs. 
The average sale time for homes in my area is about 1 month so kinda dragging our feet.

We are calling this our should have, could have, DID it house. Got in on Phase 1 and the equity is just shooting up now .

Uh, both I guess? I have a pretty early gym routine but I totally need an alarm to get up. And lots of nights that I can’t sleep. So neither?

Well same here but that's due to my job. I don't choose to stay up all night when I am off. I do choose to get up early and drink coffee when I am off though. I do have 930 am window when I workout. If I miss my window I ain't going. Slag what part of the state you in? This is not a stalker question just wondering In case we need to talk hurricanes with the season upon us.

More closer to St.Augustine. I love the area I am in but the past hurricanes have really did some damage around the area I am all. Just 5 mins from my house the beaches and dunes are almost gone. Just sad too see. I am afraid the next if it comes close will finish what beaches we have left.

Yikes! We’re lucky here to be far enough inland that we don’t get the brunt of it. Tons of trees here though- it’s like a giant forest.

Hahaha I guess I’ve been here long enough to start drinking the koolaid... As much as we love to hate on Gator fans, they’re not that bad. They give me very little shite about LSU and when they do, it’s good-natured.

I want to go too the game this year but our tigers now a days are so damn unpredictable. Also about 2 years myself and a few OTERS almost got in a fight in Gainesville after a UF/Lsu baseball game. I just want to have a victory walking out of there and no lost to those sorry arse gators. BTW I am 0-2 in my last LSU football games. My kids let me know that everytime I want to go. Yep I was there when we just lost to Notre Dame.
