So if this isn’t a work related trip or related to her mayoral duties, and she owes over $100k in federal taxes, how is she allowed to travel outside the country and why isn’t her passport revoked?

Last minute press release makes me think this is similar to how the Cuba trip went down.
I really hope this 2014 conference is the one she originally charged to the credit card and she is about to do something insanely stupid again.

It will be in line for reimbursement right after she pays off that $100k in past due taxes. Oh, and what is the over/under on how many margaritas she will consume on this little boondoggle? At least 20, right?

Not me. I have a couple of those camera tickets outstanding for years that will never be paid. I haven't spent $1 in the city year-to-date and I work there.
