That was an awesome little video. It will be a shame when he crashes that 2K+ of carbon fiber into a tree though. (Sorry for the debby-downer outlook)

Daaamn! I know nothing about the drone stuff, as yall can probably tell at this point, but that looks like a badass setup for the measly price of 3 months rent.

If you already have certain rc equipment like: Batteries, Charger, Gopro, Radio, etc. Let me know what you don't need and the cost of the items you don't need or want can be subtracted from this package.

That's just so insanely overpriced and full of unnecessary stuff to fly it's comedy. Plus, everything doesnt break when you crash.

Blade RTF

If any of yall want to get into this cheaply get a Hubsan X4. Its around 50-60 without fpv.

dude, did i post about a Walkera or a DJI Phantom or some other bullshite quad copter in my OP?

No i didn't. These are FPV forest racing quads. Their performance is unmatched and it costs big bucks to run them. Many of them run 6s lipo packs. The telemetry is broadcasted thru UHF to the FPG glasses for almost instantaneous video feedback. The shite ain't cheap.

Telemetry via the OSD to fpv glasses? $449

IE don't scare the people. It can be expensive but you can do it for a lot less than $3400.

not bad but has no transmitter, batteries, charger,Lipo balancing station and the video is 5.8ghz. UHF is the best out there and the one in my link has UHF transmitters.
But ,like i said. Not a bad price for that copter you posted. Wonder what the scale differences are between the two of them?

I've been looking at the Storm Racing Drone GPS model. Seems to be well setup. It's a 250 quad.

330 is diagonal from arm to arm i think...the vortex is 285 (MM) many of those minis are 250s. Vortex is quite a bit thinner cross section but not that much smaller than the one you have.

They are way too fast for most people out there including me. I've got a set of head play hd goggles on order and currently screw around with quanum goggles. Again cheap shite but it works pretty good. DO IT.

It's gonna be very very fast and twitchy as hell. Fair warning. Cool setup though. DO IT.

I did the same with the vortex. I skipped all of the lesser ones and went for the race shite. If you set my vortex to acro mode with 4s batteries it plays Crazy Train when you start up.

Here's a sim for fpv if you haven't seen it yet.

yes! I'm excited

twitchy as hell.
I've flown twitchy. Eflight blade,Trex 450 and 600

The 330 is gyro stabilized so i'm fairly confident it won't be twitchy at all.
