and even worse they have dedicated parking spaces reserved for only the cops to use, but they park illegally and never try to use them.

remove the police car parking only signs on those spots

It's called showing a police presence. When I lived in mobile, Al (Lord help me) - I lived in an apartment complex and one of my neighbors who I because somewhat friends with lived there for Free because the apartment complex wanted his patrol car out in the parking lot. Kind of the same concept
