Radiant Heater recommendations?

I'm wondering if anyone has purchased a radiant heater in the last few years that they recommend.
I've been told DeLonghi is a good brand, but I've also read that their quality has dropped significantly in recent years.
I'm hoping to spend less than $100, as I'm just trying to keep my living room warm, with a quiet heat source.
Any suggestions, OT?

They all suck and you are gonna stay cold if you buy one brother. Get the quartz heater from Walmart.

I have a Honeywell 1500 watt. Set the temp on the heater and it maintains temp. Not much to an oil filled radiant heater.

A Modest Proposition:
Move to where they keep the warm weather.
