Chantix works really well plus you'll have the most vivid dreams imaginable.

I did alot of that, along with chantix. Seriously, chantix is a miracle pill, only side effect was heartburn. Several coworkers have quit the ecig/vapor route and most have even quit using those.

i quit 2 or 3 times over the past 15 years cold turkey. nothing like good ole will power. problem is if you relapse you usually hit it even harder. e cigs probably the way to go, but dont buy one of those massive bulky douchebag ones. V2 has a stong throat hit and plenty of " smoke" to make it feel more real, and theyre cigarette sized. plus they have refillable cartrages. i was stricly menthol kinda guy so they were the best for me. you can vind v1 starters at some gas stations now. theyre a little bit better than Blu IMO

If you have the desire to quit....hypnosis helps/works with the craving. Good luck

Sounds crazy but went to ecigs in early Jan and didn't have one regular cigarette till Monday before Mardi Gras. Had a bunch of drinks then had one real cig, took three puffs and found it Turrible. Now tapering off ecigs without even trying, I actually forget they're around. Therefore I have a theory (brace for conspiracy) that nicotine is no where near as addictive as the other unlisted psycho-active garbage they put in regular cigs.(suspect anti anxiety compounds or even some feel good drugs like very small amount of X or similar) Sinister dude.
