You can schedule a 24 hour at the Walgreens on Greenwell Springs and Sherwood. I got my results in about 30 minutes. The Walgreens on Plank does the 48 hour test. Check CVS to see if they offer one closer to you.

Got one yesterday at stat clinic on Sherwood. $25 copay for me and results in 10 minutes.
