Put as much money in your 401K that you can afford. For damm sure put as much in as the company will match. No regrets. That’s why I didn’t get married until I was in in my 30’s. Got all the wild & crazy shite I used to do out of my system and it was time to settle down

Make it your business to achieve everything that you want to achieve professionally by the time you are about 40, because believe it or not, you won’t want to work anymore by about 50 years old.

Absolutely this. What your minimum input plus company match is not enough. Start early adding more from your pay checks. Let the magic of compounding interest do its thing.

1) watch your sugar and carb intake

2) remained in my job, I have a pension, I had the chance to leave several times in my 30s. If I had I wouldn’t be retiring at 53.
