Absolutely this. What your minimum input plus company match is not enough. Start early adding more from your pay checks. Let the magic of compounding interest do its thing.

1) watch your sugar and carb intake
2) remained in my job, I have a pension, I had the chance to leave several times in my 30s. If I had I wouldn’t be retiring at 53.
