This is a topic that has been beat to death.
Once again let me say it for those who missed it.
Not everyone’s view of Louisiana is gonna be the same. Someone from money won’t leave the state. Someone living in Lafayette or St Tammany won’t view the state the same as someone in Alec or Shreveport
The average middle class person in Louisiana leaves because of the lack of opportunity. All the nepotism helps out the rich people so they don’t need to leave to make a decent living.

Moved away for a short time (about a year) to Wyoming. It was amazing and I'd move back tomorrow if I could.
