My BIL has a patch like this for his vest except his says retired instead of veteran. Is this grounds for a mudchecking or nah?

Yes he's retired from the Navy. My question was about the 3 piece rocker format.

I doubt much that anyone will care, as everybody knows, the Navy doesn't do much of anything, anyway

I saw a guy yesterday wearing a “Vietnam Era Veteran” hat. Thought that was odd. Made me think of Richard Blumenthal.
