Careless operation is about as bad as a DUI. You better talk to the DA and get the ticket changed to another offense. Pay the the 350.00 and be happy if they change it to something else. If not wait and see what your insurance goes up to.

I get what you're saying, but it's circumstantial
If you live in poor district s, you will usually pay less for gas.
And haven't we established the fact that upper middle class and higher classes have a plenthora of ways to avoid paying taxes or reduce them , legally I may add.

Plead article 894(i'm going off of memory-ask the da). You pay court cost.The fine will be deffered for 6 months, and be cleared if you go 6 months with no more tickets. So basically you're on probation for 6 months for traffic tickets. After 6 months of a clean record the fine is abolished and the careless operation is off your record.
