Some termite contracts do provide that the company will pay for termite damage that occurs during the contract term. Most, however, just say that the company will come to your house and treat as often as necessary to kill the termites.

I got a guy I use. He worked for Terminex for thirty five years, retired then got bored.
He is cheap and works too hard. I've never seen someone spend so much time drilling into the foundation and setting termite traps, then sprayed house and yard. Whole thing was $401 then $176 every six months.
He wanted another $389 to do my garage as it has more exterior linear feet than house, but I said not now.
Well wouldn't you know I found three active colonies in garage as estimate $800 worth of wood needs to be changed.

I've seen those parts in a contract, but I've never heard of them paying up without a legal fight. The line that I heard over and over was "no one takes those cases, there is no money in them"
