Get a high voltage adjustable one and a decent tank and you're good to go. If you buy it in a pack get the nice one, the cheaper one will break on you (I know from experience)
If you want to get a nice one do research and order online. Mine isn't particularly nice, but it takes care of all of my needs, so I haven't ordered a more expensive one yet.

Jut order online. It's much cheaper. Start with an Itaste vv and pick up a few bottles of juice. Starter Kit Google for a coupon code too. If you start to enjoy it, you can find cheap mods on fasttech.

You can get really really stupid with "mods" and such. Go to Smokecignals. They won't over-sell you and they make their own juice.
