Anywhere to get quality photograph prints in Baton Rouge? Quality at walgreens is no good and kadairs is closed.

This may not hit all of your criteria, but I order photos from iPhoto and I've got no complaints.
The biggest thing is to make sure you've got a quality photograph in the fist place. Downloading a profile picture from Facebook and putting it on your mantle is going to be a shite sandwich.

Generally, 300ppi on a regular size picture.

Costco had really good quality. Nearly as good as a professional photo lab.
