The lil seafood markets in my town accept food stamps. Causes higher than normal prices. It's horseshite.

Foods that can be eaten in the store and hot foods are not eligible for purchase with EBT card.


It doesn't say you can't buy cooked food

The EBT program needs a massive overhaul with limitations on what can be purchased.

Next governor should run with this as part of platform.

I went to college with a guy whose family was pretty well off. The dude bragged about getting food stamps to have free groceries. Meanwhile, I worked to eat boxes of rice and shite

The guy was and still is a d bag. People loved him when they first met him, but then grew to not be able to stand him after a couple months. Piece of shite

I was in line at a crawfish shop in BR and the clerk told somebody they could pay with EBT but only for cold (still boiled) crawfish.

Makes no fricking sense.
