PRO TIP:
You can order an off-the-menu buffalo chicken pub sub. You’re welcome.

ETA: Pub subs are good but they don’t hold a candle to your garden variety poboy place in Louisiana.

ETA2: And for the kindred souls who order the Italians the ultimate Italian is the Mufuletta

Load it up. Probably the best chain (even though it's not a restaurant) sub in existence.

I eat low carb 80% of the time and frick off the other 20%.

I’m also 27, 6’1, 190. Workout 3-4 times a week and play basketball multiple nights per week.

On top of all that, this was my one meal for the day (been fasting since 9:00pm Tues, didn’t break fast till 8:00pm tonight). I ate half the sub with a salad and chocolate covered almonds, raisins and peanuts, then washed it all down with a glass of whole milk.

Was all that info necessary for you to know? Probably not. Fair enough, Ignignot.

I’ve been to ‘Naawwhhliinnzz and had a po’ boy just the same as the one in your pic, and it was something out of this world. Had enough shrimp for another sandwich. Truly a lot of bang for your buck. Having said that, I stand by $6.99 Pub chicken tender subs as being a better value. Plus, I’m not talking about Florida Publix. This sub comes from a fine and well to do metro Atlanta Publix deli.
