Quality. Taste isn't high up on my list for evaluating protein. It's just like anything else. If it taste too good, it's probably not good for you.

I really dont think their is much difference between the major brands. I guarantee there is not enough to see measurable differences in results.

Interesting. What I was referring to is people saying stuff like " I get the best results from xyz protein."

My favorite, Syntrax Nectar Vanilla tastes amazing and one scoop has 24 grams of protein with:
Zero Carbs; Zero Fat
Promina Whey Isolate
Delicious, Gourmet Sweet Flavor
Lactose & Gluten Free

I personally choose on taste. Most are similar. Start with small containers and try three or four.
But.... Eat meat and drink milk.
Don't concentrate on the scale, buy a vinyl fitting tape measure. Measure your hips where your pants sit and your belly around the naval.
It sounds like you have gotten a taste of the satisfaction that comes with the scale numbers changing to the good, you really get addicted when the scale goes up a little and the waist goes down.

I never really liked protein shakes or bars. Just eat an extra chicken breast or something
