South LA is so insecure.
i dont agree with you much but I would put Shreveport's best restaurants up against anything in south LA excluding NOLA restaurants.

Agreed. The food scene in Shreveport is something no one ever gives them credit for. Even just really good place lunch places are bomb.

I said they were Arkansas. You have Arkansas culture and food.

Refund my state income taxes then.

It’s louisiana culture. Just not the Louisiana culture that you prefer.

Didn’t you grow up in Baton Rouge? Culture.

So take out the strongest culinary city in the Southern half of the state, but leave it in the North.

I'd the roster of the Pheonix Suns up against the Cleveland Cavaliers too, excluding Lebron James of course.

I would agree that parts of central & north LA are more culturally in line with Arkansas & Mississippi (aka bible belt)

New Orleans is world class and not really indicative of the state of Louisiana to be honest.

Well yeah, it’s similar to Oklahoma too. But it’s louisiana.

You are looking for an argument when he's clearly stated something that we all know is true about north and south LA.

they wont but what it will do is give california 4 more senate seats to take control of the senate to impeach trump, that is all this thing is about. every state gets 2 senate seats so if cali has 2 more calis then they gain 4 new senate seats

If they voted to do this right now, Trump would be long gone from office before it was ever implemented.

No I just think it’s annoying when people from the cultural Mecca of Baton Rouge throw stones at north LA for not being south Louisiana.

do you try to be an idiot or are you just born that way? Of course im not going to compare the culinary scene of Shreveport to NOLA. NOLA has one of the best scenes in the country/world. your analogy is asinine.

Yes i would put Shrevports food up against anything in BR Lafayette or anything in acadiana. You must be really dumb to try to posture keeping NOLA in this argument.

Trying to keep NOLA in the discussion means your point is correct.

Conservatives seem to be all in for this, but based on demographics you would probably gain one or two Republican Senators for four or five Democrats

Yep. Lines are drawn primarily for Dems benefit. Lets' look at it like this:

Northern California - Population centers in Bay Area dwarf remaining rural population in this "state", keeping this state solidly liberal and Dem.

California - Basically Metro Los Angeles keeping this "state" solidly liberal and Dem.

Southern California - Best chance at an even split, with largest population mass in San Diego but other ones inland (Bakersfield, Fresno, etc.) MAY have a chance at a Republican senator, though I doubt it.
