First, let's be honest here, could you have articulated your definition of a vaccine on January 1, 2020?

Second, it doesn't matter what your definition of a vaccine is it only matters what the recognized definition of a vaccine is within the medical community since it is their term of art. No different than if my definition of a strange quark is different than what physicists use. If I call a proton a strange quark while it does make my definition different the salient part is it also makes it wrong.

Third, which of the three currently distributed vaccines ibn the US do you not consider vaccines in the ole man medical dictionary?

You need to read the ~page 25-29 section. It is non-COVID related and had it been a stand-alone thread with an appropriate title it would have topped 30 pages by itself yesterday.
