You just answered your own question. Go to your nextdoor app and ask for professional photographers and you will get at least 20 hits -- all from "professionals". I know people that can take a decent pic or 2 and charge 300. But you do not get the various sizes...not really anyway.

If it’s studio portraits, that’s a little high. If it’s a location shot, beach, farm, etc and it’s multiple family shots, that’s about right.
Location would be my guess.
