Her head of state powers are ceremonial but her land ownership is legal. Parliament does not have legal authority to take land from her estate. They would have to seize the land rights from her family to take control.
Canadians, Australians, etc do not own their private property, they are tenants. The laws protecting her land ownership are feudal and date hundreds of years back
