Its ignorant to think that the US is invincible and we can continue to buy stuff with no money and just our word that we will pay people back (which it is physically impossible at this point)
The thing that many don't understand is that most countries are more investing in us than loaning us money. China doesn't expect to see a cent back at least directly in loaning us money. What they expect is that the continued investment keeps IS corporations there and provokes trade between the nations, to where both countries are actually becoming more intermingled and prosperous off the other.

Yep.
The first person to reach 150 is already alive... and soon we'll live to be a THOUSAND, claims scientist
but yea, I'm crazy to think 200 years old will be possible within 100 years?
come on dude, I know you're a troll and all, but you should try harder

Depending on the medical breakthroughs, its possible. I'd be shocked if by the time I die, at least one person doesn't make it to 150.

So if I don't agree with you, I'm a troll.
Solid.

Damn, we are goimg to miss out on some really cool shite when we're long dead and gone.
I'll probably make it to about the 2080's if I take care of my health very well. Hopefully I'll see a lot by then.
I don't know if humans would be sane enough to live this long.

This is a decent point that I've thought about. I would crave immortality, but my sanity would be a concern. Say I live for 1000 years, and all my friends and family that I started out with (say the first 30 or so years of my life) die. I do think I would develop into a sociopath over time, seeing some people's lives as basically pointless and just a blip on the screen, since I'd be perceiving time incredibly rapidly at that point.

what about children? would people just wait longer and longer to have them or have only one or something?

It's already happening. The educated are typically waiting til their 30s now to have kids, when about 60 years ago they'd pop one out as soon as they got out of college, and those are the educated ones. Most popped one out in their teens.
As we have a longer life expectancy, then portions of our life have gotten more spread out. Really, people who are 24 now typically have the priorities 18 year olds had this time last century. And it's only going to get more and more spread.
