I honestly do not drink all the time. I only drink when i am out for an event. I am not real young but i am not older than 30

On average, how many days out of the week do you drink? And how many drinks do you have on those days?
Posted on 3/22/16 at 8:54 pm to nikdoe
Not sure. I'm not a degenerate.

There are two ways to test for alcohol. You can use a breathalyzer test or you can use a U/A.
What about blood?

They don't do blood for pretrial

Sorry is I misread what you tested positive for. Blow in my world means cocaine not a breathalyzer.
Sorry
Still, you are well on the way to destroying your life. Get a grip on it. If you need to stop drinking then do it. If you can't then, you are indeed an alcoholic.
I'm not breaking your balls but, I speak from a lot of experience.

Has anyone failed the urine analysis for alcohol consumption? What are the consequences if i am in pre-trail?
For DUI? I didn't fail the test they give you at the office every few weeks, but I failed my breathalyzer one morning when I tried to go to work because I drank the night before and all it did was tack on another month of having a breathalyzer in my car.

Blood is used in criminal investigations like vehicular homicides. A warrant is needed in most jurisdictions.

Did you also have to take the sudden impact class?
I did the same thing 3 months ago, they made me do the class but didn't mention an extra month.

What is this? I took MADD and then some waste of time class about drinking in a building off Florida Blvd.. coincidentally next door to The Beverage Store. Neither of these were a result of failing the breathalyzer - they were part of my pre-trial lineup.
Also did 6 weeks at OBrien House.

Marry me

It was an extra class they made me take for failing the breathalyzer. It must be new. I'm hoping that took the place of the extra month I'm hoping to get it off in May.

My memory is really bad and it has been a few years, but I don't recall an extra class.
I'd have rather done that than have the breathalyzer longer

Out here they take your blood without your consent if they suspect of you a DUI and you refuse a breathalyzer, they even take it if you take a breathalyzer and pass so they can test for drugs. I have no idea how holding people down to take their blood for something like that is constitutional but apparently it is.
I know this one dumb broad that got TWO different DUIs for weed because of it. I am sure she was high so I am not saying she didn't deserve them but the worst thing is if you have ANY weed metabolites in your system you get a DUI so you could have smoked 3-4 weeks ago and boom you are going to jail for DUI.

If they make you speak to a counselor or therapist don't say you drank 4 beers in one night at dinner. You got to remember the rest of the world may have 4 beers in 1 month.

His "damn" response was to 480. Look at where it says who his post was directed at.
This too. If you're in BR, they're going to send you to Angelwood. As far as they should know, you don't drink at all. Period. You're not supposed to drink at all on pre-trial as it is.
I drink every day.. but generally you're looking at 2 glasses or wine or something and a little more on the weekends. But to the average joe, that is "alcoholic". Just look at the FBD on the food board. Lots of daily drinkers that aren't alcoholics, but people who don't drink moderately daily won't get that.
