The police raided a house looking for an individual and a large amount of weed package and ready to sell. They found neither. The subject they were looking for returned that morning, handing his ID to the cops and turned himself in with zero issues.
The kid died because he point a weapon at officers. I agree. It was a “justified” shooting. But I strongly believe the kid was put in that situation because of what I considered to be unjust police practices. You have also said in this thread that these types of raids shouldn’t occur.
The reality is that it is a damn shame that police can violate your rights and you just have to sit there and let it happen. The only recourse to such unjust acts is legal action where the police hide behind union reps and their thin blue line.
