UPDATE: 14:47, the provider has confirmed that technicians are on site to assess damage and begin repairs. Still no ETR.
UPDATE: As of 13:29 CDT we are aware of a fiber cut on another upstream provider's network which may be causing connectivity issues to our BTR data center. The provider is working to affect repairs. There is no ETR at this time.
