Potential break in murder of 2 Indiana teens last year

This was one of the more disturbing unsolved cases I could remember in recent memory. The teen girls were murdered out in the woods, but not before one of them was able to take a picture of their attacker approaching them on her cell phone. No arrests came about and most assumed the killer would remain anonymous until he killed again. This man was arrested in Colorado for chasing mountain bikers with a hatchet, and police now know he is a sex offender from Indiana who was in Indiana at the time of the murders

Some interesting points, suspect was arrested and taken to jail 10 days after the murders on unrelated charges 90 miles away from the crime scene. He has been on the run since skipping a court date in the same area last July - 2 days after police publicly released sketches of the suspected killer

Yep. It's hard to tell though because it's unclear how long ago he took the picture on the right and also his eyes are squinted from smiling. The spacing between the eyes is the same in both though as well as the widow's peak.
