before you answer, consider the fact a there are a handful of states where public urination is treated as a sex crime for which the guilty must register as a sex offender.

Rape law needs to be seriously reevaluated.

You're looking right past the intimidation factor here. It's not quite that simple.

What if the women had said "don't call the cops, we'll both blow you instead."

Would that have been rape?

Of course, you'd probably need a recording of then saying it.
