Well his heart stopped when he grounded that transmission line, most likely. He is probably badly burnt and then that fall was really bad.

Well the crossbeams that he hit on the way down kinda broke his fall, so if he somehow survived the electric shock, he had a good chance of making it. That having been said, Nope he didn't make it.

Maybe. I don't think it's a definite thing that he dies. What was it that he fell on top of? It looks like one of those air cushions that people in the movies use for stunts.
