Further, if you friend finds out you knew that his angel was about to unleash her budding womanhood on a man almost twice her age and....he might take it out on you.

She's 18 and he's 30, she's still a kid and your friend is walking on dangerous ground. He should be mature enough to tell the young lady to move along that there's a huge maturity differential there.
