It's a beautiful fall day and they all got out of the office.
45 might be a bit much, but that number was probably dictated for crowd control.
Here, the portable chairs would have come out, coolers with a favorite beverage, food trucks would have arrived, even maybe a high school cheerleading squad.
Would make an interesting movie.
